Moon Rising 1

This was taken from Loch Leven looking back towards West Lomond and Bishop Hills.  The setting sun was casting long shadows from the trees by the Loch over the ploughed fields, and the full moon was just rising.

This image required quite a bit of recovery to draw out the details in the moon, which are just visible.  The orange saturation was also given a bit of a boost.  Otherwise, this is a fairly straight conversion, but has been sharpened slightly for the web.

A GX200 picture taken on a bitterly cold evening – if there is any motion blur it is me shivering!
