Harvest Time

Another lucky shot from the train to Glasgow, this was taken in the early morning (hence the colours).  Even in Scotland the harvest has started.

Cropped to 16:9 to remove the inevitable reflection from the window (but better compositionally as well), this has had its colours balanced (auto curves separate), exposure and contrast slightly increased, with a further bump in the upper mid tomes using a s-curve to brighten the image.  Only slight Definition was added to the picture as a whole, but Aperture 3 default sharpening has been added. Slight increases to contrast and a polarising adjustment to the sky increased detail there.  Additional Definition was brushed in to bring out the detail of the harvested fields.
